Well, first of all... I wouldn't go from the bottom of the steps and get to the top-step in one stroke. He should have to build his way up to the level of having gals grind on him. He is not successful, right? Well, you must crawl before you can walk (much-less run) lol
I'd work with him slowly and get him to be more comfortable, perhaps, with the ladies. Cos, that's the problem with his success. He is not ';confident';. Once he's confident, he can get a gal to do just-about anything.

Is it ok to grind with a girls/guys at a club, while your dating someone?
Im dating this guy for 2 months now, and he went clubbing (Which he goes every week! and this was my first time going since i met him!) I went there, saw him, had a drink and told him i'll be right back cause I gotta go and get my friends, I came back 5 min later with 4 of my friends and i saw him grinding with a chick.. and from her he went to another one, than another one! He didnt see me till the 3rd chick. He looked up at me.. and one of my gfs waved at him.. He waved back with a big smile on his face.. I looked at my gf and told her ';lets goo'; We left.. he didnt follow or anything! Im really mad at him... Do you think i have a right to be mad? We are dating... What do you do at a college party if you suck at dancing and don't drink?
Kind of curious because I haven't been to one yet and don't want to look like an idiot. I think its obvious that you should either not go, or if you are invited to one ask your gf if she wants to go so you can talk with her there, or even try and mingle with other people. Don't have to accept the beer, could bring a moutain dew or something and sip on it all night but don't put it down anywhere, as date rape is still pretty high in colleges these days and that does include happening to guys too. So just be safe, watchful, chat up the gf, if things get too boring or too tense with people wanting you to drink you could always say you are the designated driver for your gf and she is ready to go home. But make sure you work out that plan ahead of time with the gf if she goes with you.
