If you've never done it before, don't start now, you will just make an a$$ out of yourself. Unless the girl is really really drunk and won't realize.
just be like hey you wanna dance...and then dont say anything about grinding at all thats basically implied the girl would usually just turn around so your facing the same direction. put your hands on her waist and move with her but not extremely a lot its mostly the girls job
lol ask her to dance and if ur at a party or club and all the girls are doin it she'll automatically do it,but if she's not that kind of girl she won't do it regardless so jus ask her to dance and also move ur hips from side to side and grab her arms softly.
u must be white,i'm mexican and when we go clubing everybody grinds,u just ask a girl if she want's to dance,and you let her 1st start.

move with her. out your hands on her hips and she will lead you. just sort of sway back and forth with her, she should do most of the work. but it'll look wierd if your just standing still/ :)
