1: No, you need to least make eye contact with her first so she is aware of your presence. Dance in front of her first to establish some connection, then pay attention to her face, if she is smiling a lot at you and seems into you, then when a nice beat comes on and she starts dancing crazy, then move into grinding position



2: It all goes back to establishing that connection, talk to her after songs and suggest taking breaks and standing to the side to talk so you both catch your breath and when another song comes on, just walk out there with her on the dance floor.



3: you don't play your hands on her anywhere, unless she is your significant other, no contact at all



4:instead of getting touchy feeling and seeming like a pervert, talk more, communication, give her your number if you have been paying attention to see if she is been in to you all night. If she has, then meet her back there again next week and you'll be allowed a little more play room

uhhhhhhhh if she have any RESPECT 4 herself then shes NOT gonna let no guy put his hands on her period! u b done got SMACKED!!!!!! lol but yeah if she let u then it dont even matter where. lol
Personally, I do like it when randoms just come up to me and start grinding. It shows confidence, which I like. Put your hands on her waist, or even hold her hands and bring them above your heads. When a song ends and you still want to continue dancing, just continue holding her waist and continue into the next song. You just have to be smooth with the whole thing haha
Just go up to a girl and say, ';hey you lookin to dance?'; If she says yea, stand behind her and put your hands on her waist/hips lol. If you don't know her, say in her ear, ';I'm bob what's your name?';

She won't usually break off when the song changes, unless it's a slow song, then she'll turn around and face you and you'll be able to tell if she wants to dance s'more or not.



If she doesn't then say, ';Nice to meet you ___.';
