The best way to grind would be to observe before you actually do it and then approach after you have an idea. Since your a guy and in the back it wont be that big a deal. Just keep your hips moving and try to compliment her movements. If shes gettin her butt up onto you then show her that you like that by pushing forward a little bit in response.
