hmmm...I would say to subtly flirt with the girl....if there is some great music playing hint at her that you would like to dance...she how her body language speaks..if it appears inviting then subtly walk towards her and start slowly dancing with her. As you are dancing with her compliment her such as her hair, outfit, especially the way she dances. Hold her close and just help her feel comfortable and calm. Once this is achieved then if you want you can start grinding..and/or just giving her subtle kisses on her neck and take it from there...hope that helped somewhat
