John I would suggest you ask a female family member or friend that knows how to teach you. My Mother taught me.I have a problem please dont be rude?
practice with your friends. ...or even ask ur mom (if ur close to her)...but DONT grind with your mom lol just ask her to teach you how to slow dance.
slow danacing is just swaying back and forth. its not real hard actually, just follow her
