Well the guy should really be able to control that erection because it sort of makes him look desperate when he's in front of the girl. Although some girls like it, where as a lot of girls don't so just for future dances try to control it and you will have a lot more fun!!
Well, the girl just sort of expects it. Like odds are that the boy will get an erection if she's rubbing against the front of a boy. I don't think the girl will get freaked out. Most girls enjoy it.
It might surprise some girls if they're not exactly expecting/waiting for it to happen but if she likes you then most likely she'll be pretty happy. If she doesn't like you (like that), well, it could get awkward. lol
