OK basically u just stand there, you can move from side to side if u feel, and rub against here if u want, mostly the girl does all the work.
The guys just basically stand there and put their hands on the girl's hips. I personally think it's disgusting. It's basically sex with clothes on while on the dance floor.
put their butt in ur crotch and ride with it as they move it left and right. ull just have to do it and learn it there. its really not that difficult to figure out.
