A Q for people who are from/live in Chicago and love dancing. Or anyone who has heard of Juke Footwork?

I have a few questions about this dance in Chicago called Footworking aka Juke (And NO I';M NOT talking about where guys and girls grind up). I'm talking about this kind of juking: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lrftqT5pP鈥?/a> and

I've heard about this dance for about 2 years and I love it, but it's hard to know more about this dance. I need help with 2 things. 1) I need a few tips, reminders, or how to's on juking, I haven't practiced it in awhile and I start fast, but then I get slower. I know you stand on your tip toe's, but other than that is there anything else. And also where can i learn more on how to juke?? I wanna get better! 2) I love the music that involves with juking, but most of it's getting real old. I've heard that there are new DJ's and songs and I want to know where can I get the new tracks(BESIDES Limewire)(perferably free). I'm thinking of doing this for my school dance crew at school, so any helps worth itA Q for people who are from/live in Chicago and love dancing. Or anyone who has heard of Juke Footwork?

the best place to look if you want to listen is imeem.com - imeem is basicly youtube for mp3's - people upload their favorit tunes and then anyone can listen. Apparently it's the best place to go to get the hot new tunes - try these
