ive never heard of anyone asking a girl to grind on them..usually they just do when they dance with someone.
if your at a dance everyone does it or at least at my school so when you ask a girl to dance you usually grind. just follow the girl when you grind and move your hips. your hands usually go on her hips. good luck with everything man.
