Grinding isn't really that hard yes I admit when I first started dancing it was difficult i wasn't sure what to do, so what I did was I watch what the other girls, after a while I tried it with one of my friends and all I did was move to the beat. Really all you have to do is listen to the music and get lost in it, you wanna have fun with it.

Another thing ,just cause your grinding doesn't mean your trying to get him hard, and no it's not like having sex with clothes on.
