Calling all guys: How do you ask a girl to twerk/grind with you?

Im 14/f and my friends and ar trying to get this guy we kno to be more successful with girls. The only thing is, im not a boy so i never rilly knew the right way to get a girl to grind on you at a party or dance or something. Well, first of all... I wouldn't go from the bottom of the steps and get to the top-step in one stroke. He should have to build his way up to the level of having gals grind on him. He is not successful, right? Well, you must crawl before you can walk (much-less run) lol

I'd work with him slowly and get him to be more comfortable, perhaps, with the ladies. Cos, that's the problem with his success. He is not ';confident';. Once he's confident, he can get a gal to do just-about anything.
