for girnd lines:its like slow dance but the girl is backwords (she isnt facing you) and its fast and not spinning.
Normal grind: you and your parter are normals slow danceing, hands on butt,chest to chest
fast dance: just be tottaly random
askking: find girls around your hight: 5';6-6';0 and ask do you wana dance...then go into girnd mode haha
asking for grind line: no need just go in the back (make sure its a girl unless your a girl there for look for a guy... if gay look 4 your sex... if you bi just go on back
I personally think grinding can get a little too much, almost gross
But it should happen naturally sometimes if you are on the dance floor with a chick -- some girls dont like it though -- dont ask em, just dance and see what happens
